Empyrean Grace presents its first demonstrative output in the form of a long standalone track of Mystical ethereal black metal that will surely transport the listener to a time long past.
Golden rays collapse into a kaleidoscopic architecture of deep, subtly shifting chords. Distant, echoing drums push the composition in a driven, but exhaustingly consistent march towards an elusive and perhaps hallucinatory end.
The hypnotic potential of audial experimentalism, married to highly layered writing, is on full display on “Bestowment of the Seraphic Key”. Far from the old Nordic forests, Empyrean Grace aim to evoke the entheogenic, bitter desert heats of antiquity.
